ReplyDeleteMore grease to much of the developments attained by ogun state housing corporation, especially oke ata housing estate, which 3rd among your housing executions in the 1980s, but you need to give it a boost, just ad you gave the other predecessor, such as Ibara housing estate abeokuta. The roads in oke ata housing estate needs to be tarred, rather than mud roads , why I resided there for two years in my property and I cannot believe that ogun state housing corporation will neglect one of its brainchild of private bungalows build by government for the people. The pipe water at the entrance at the gate comes on and off, and people stand on line to get water on my property where the community place a water tank across from baba bishop's house. There are still quite undeveloped properties in oke ata housing estate, and yet there are more new properties showing up in different locations in abeokuta, in order for abeokuta to be the gateway and industrial place for investors we need to structure our real estate market making sure us planned no scattered sites, all must be intact. Developed and ready to be moved in not uncompleted infrastructures lying in any vicinity of any estate. When you have three quarters of uncompleted infrastructure, it dies not make the real your estate prosper, not only that the view from outside makes it look like you are still going through development phase and that is bad for economic, as well as financial growth. Abeokuta can do better than that. We are the cradle of knowledge in in nigeria, and we can do very well with good building engineers that can lay a beautiful infrastructures!
